Swim Coaching
First-time dippers/pool to open water.
A session designed for anyone new to open-water swimming or transitioning from the pool to open water. The session includes all safety information needed to enable you to swim safely. We cover acclimatisation and cold water shock, the benefits of open water swimming and cold water immersion for physical and mental health advice on kit and what to wear with a coached swim in the water.

Cold Water Induction
Similar to a first-time dippers/pool, to open water. This session is for winter swimmers who are taking to the open water for the first time. Covering all of the above with the added cold water (sub 10) safety elements of cold water swimming and immersion.

121 Swim Coaching
Stroke analysis: If you are looking to improve your freestyle stroke with the correct technique we will complete a stroke analysis including a video analysis. Devising a plan to correct any technique flaws to improve your stroke.
121 Coaching blocks: Usually follows a stroke analysis with a block of sessions to improve your swim stroke enabling you to swim more efficiently and swim further with ease. (Can be tailored to specific events)
Learn to swim front crawl: A beginner’s course of 4 sessions this course breaks the stroke down into 4 sessions learning each element of the stroke in a manageable way to not overwhelm the swimmer. Suitable for complete beginners or a swimmer who wants to beagle to swim a few more strokes before gasping for breath. (Also available in small groups) Includes ongoing video analysis for video improvement.
£35 per session (£135 for 4 session block)
Personal Training
Personal training sessions are available in person in a private gym setting. Sessions are bespoke to the client’s needs and requirements sessions can be tailored to beginners and the more advanced individual.

- Personal training for fitness and strength to tone and help aid weight loss.
- Strength program working in hypertrophy working specific body areas.
- Personal training for sport-specific goals.
- Runners strength programs

Bespoke Training Plans
Have an event coming up: Marathon, triathlon or swim event. Bespoke training plans are written for you, the individual athlete. Available for beginners to the more advanced athlete. Working to your available schedule. Each session is reviewed with real-time coach feedback. A weekly analysis will be completed. Sessions are written and loaded into the athlete profile on Training Peaks.
Strength training programs are written for you to do at home or in the gym. Training plans have full exercise guidance in video and description to ensure you are doing each move safely and correctly. Tailored plans depending on client goals between 2-5 sessions per week.
